Artist Statement

Artistry is everywhere. Beauty is everything. Creativity is for everyone. As an admirer of typography, a devoted visual junkie, an ocean and nature lover, plus all things color and pattern, I am inspired and motivated to combine earthy riches with personal expressions. I give shape and form to meaningful stories through my art and design practice. I observe and learn from numerous cultures, landscapes and communities. Places, faces and clever wordplay inform my work. To me this is the magic and mastery for designing relevant treasures. My creations are timeless and highly crafted with an eye on sustainability. I am deeply committed to making pieces that are authentic and cherished. More mindful, less landfill.

Thanks for your interest in my work. Let’s make something that means something.
